Welcome

Effective immediately, the Mercy for Me Help our Heroes Fund’s new grant limit is $500. This reduction is due the substantial reduction in contributions to this fund.

Mercy for Me – making it easy for people to help the ones they know!

Mercy for Me is a humanitarian organization providing financial grants and essential supplies to people when they are victims of a crisis.

We’re making dreams come true. Ask the Gibbs family out of San Diego, CA. This military family experienced a financial hardship and with help from Mercy for Me, they were able to make their mortgage payment and provide reading glasses for their son.

Or, you can ask Alexander from De Soto, MO. Alex is a war hero and recipient of The Bronze Star with Valor and Purple Heart. While waiting for his VA benefits to come through, Mercy for Me was able to give Alex $2,500 to pay past due medical bills and rent payments. He’s the single father of two young sons that may not have been able to provide for his children without the help that he was almost too proud to ask for.

Families from all over the country are finding out just how much Mercy for Me can help, and that’s why we’re one of the fasting growing nonprofits and social movements in the country!

Participants include:

  • Service Members of the U.S. Armed Forces
  • Employers – We help employers meet their corporate social responsibility goals through an employee giving program that begins with bringing charity home by providing grant money exclusively for their employees
  • General Public (U.S.) – We provide grant money exclusively for individual communities
  • General Public (Abroad)- We provide emergency response and disaster relief in times of catastrophic natural disasters such as the devastation in Japan caused by the earthquake and tsunami

Mercy for Me makes it easy to help families and individuals, even people you may know, who are suffering in time of crisis.

“Like most people, I wanted to help people in my community but I didn’t want my donation to go into a black hole. I wanted my contribution to make a real difference in one family’s life. Mercy for Me did just that. They received my $100 donation, combined it with donations from other people and gave a $2,500 grant to a family whose mother was losing the battle to cancer. This family was struggling with medical expenses, could not pay their mortgage and was facing homelessness but Mercy for Me helped keep the family from losing their home. I feel I made a real difference by making a charitable donation to Mercy for Me.” Marie A., Columbus, OH.
